Help with Sony PS-160 tonearm and cartridge - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

Hi, I recently picked up a Sony PS-160 for spares or repair, got her moving again but the only problem I have is the cartridge is not working. I’ve searched everywhere but to no avail!
2 questions I would like to ask-
1...Are these Stereo Crystal VX-13PA cartridges still available?
2...Can I fit another cartridge (eg AT 3600L) ?

What type of amplifier do you intend plyaing your deck into?
