Hi,
Does anyone have any documentation for one of these? Manual, schematic, etc.

It's not a computer per se, it's an in-circuit-emulator.

See http://www.thefreelibrary.com/ARM+Ac...cs.-a069955473 for a bit of background: seems Noral were bought out by ARM (the company that once-was-Acorn) about 15 years back.
