Hall Sensor on a B&O 9300 V2 tape deck.
I need some help understanding a Hall sensor, I’m currently working on a B&O 9300 with the version 2 tape deck. Apart from the fact the belts are all shot, the hall sensor has a large chunk missing from it.
From what I can see is a Sanyo LB9051 which I can’t find available from the usual suspects. How easy is it to substitute another readily available one? What parameters should I be looking for in finding a substitute?

Re: Hall Sensor on a B&O 9300 V2 tape deck.
Just finished reading some more the LB 9051 is as far as I can work out a Bipolar Hall effect sensor switch similar to the Panasonic DN6851 which on the attached link attached equivalent sheet gives a Chinese 3175 and a Honeywell SS461A as available parts.
Can any spot a flaw in my thinking? The link is to assist others who may need help with equivalents. http://matthieu.benoit.free.fr/cross...-Reference.pdf
