Default Meter what make is it?

Gifted to me from Freecycle and I was wondering if anyone has one and can give me any info. Maker and manual and what the labels are in top left and right corners would be good.

Looks like one of those generic types, especially with the extra, unused, button hole. I would just have a play and discover. I do like the three leads!

edit: Just noticed the thermocouple input, that could make it more useful.

I've got a Rapid meter with the exact same casework and range switch as that and also a Proskit with the same case so maybe you can search for an auto range version of either of them

I was also thinking Rapid, as I've got one similar, also with the thermocouple socket and the thermocouple itself.

Good ideas. Does anyone have a manual for the Rapid meter?

One option is marked’ Hz % duty’. What does this mean?

When that function is selected it will display the frequency of the voltage being sampled, it will also display the percentage duty cycle of the waveform of the voltage being sampled when the %duty button is pressed, which appears to be the bottom left hand Yellow button in the photos, so far as I can make out.

Plenty of info about percentage duty cycle on the web, eg:

https://www.fluke.com/en-gb/learn/bl...-is-duty-cycle

Lawrence.
