Note to the moderator.
Note to the moderator.
Hello, I've just made a posting to say I have a radio back to give away but it has a symbol to the left of the posting that I don't recognise and the Ratings, last post, replies and views columns on the right have dashes in them. Have I done something incorrect? Kind Regards Andy gw0jxm |

Re: Note to the moderator.
Sorry, I'm not a Mod; but I think I know what you mean.
You posted in the wrong place and the Mods have moved your thread to the correct location. |

Re: Note to the moderator.
If threads are moved they are given a three day redirect and will show in the list for the original section as having been moved. Clicking on the thread title will take you to the correct section. After three days the redirect disappears from the list and the thread will only appear in the new section.
Your post still has an active redirect.

Hi there, I don't know Malcolm G6ANZ (it should be a 'Z') and I have had a look to see if he's listed at QRZ.com (a ham radio site) and he's not listed there but if you Google 'G6ANZ' you'll find several pages of sites with references where he could be contacted. I hope that helps, if you need further help just let me know. Kind Regards ... Andy gw0jxm |

Re: Note to the moderator.
Given that Malcolm G6ANZ is a forum member I see no need to go to all that trouble. Just PM him.

Re: Note to the moderator.
By the way, "PM" means Private Message: a quick and easy way of sending messages to other members of the forum. They're not readable by anyone else, so are particularly good for exchanging addresses, phone numbers etc.
