Default Witney Oxfordshire to Manchester

Hi anyone one this route? Could you possibly pick a soldering station up for me?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris
If someone could get it to me (North Worcestershire, 10mins from M42/j3), I can bring it with me on my next trip to Didsbury (sometime in the next four weeks)
Best wishes
Guy

To coin a phrase, Pratt goes with Whitney

I live in Witney, Oxfordshire and am also in Leominster most weekends. Could go via Evesham/Worcester rather than Gloucester/Newent if that would help any.

Minster Lovell pickup isn't a problem. Witney-Leominster direct is about 78 miles, via M42J3 is about 100 miles so not dire. I could transfer late on a Thursday evening or a bit earlier on a Sunday evening.

Over to Guy.......

If it helps, you could use my house as a mid-point. It can be left here as long as needed...

The idea behind my offer was to act as a mid-point for Chris and Guy, which meant that the two of them didn't necessarily need to find a time and place to meet up - thus hopefully making arrangements easier for the two of them. We all know how difficult it can be to meet up in a service station or similar, especially on a long journey where delays, etc, get in the way...

My house is on Chris's way to Leominster, and is only about 30 minutes from Guy - both Chris and Guy have been here before.

I know mate, what I meant to say was Chris is kindly going to post this to me rather than go further than I thought was an reasonable distance, the offers open the other way to, if anyone wants anything storing here in Manchester as a half way point to anywhere

I could always drop in and show it to you, Mark!

It'll get posted from Leominster on Friday, probably.
