PYE Baby?
Hi All,
I'm new to this so please bear with me, I have just purchased what I understand to be a 1930's PYE Baby "portable" battery radio and my question is: can anyone tell me what voltage of battery pack should be? Thanks in anticipation. Pete |

Re: PYE Baby?
Hello and welcome to the forums.
There were several different Pye Baby Q and Pye New Baby Q variants. HT was generally 90V, but LT could be 1.5V or 2V depending on whether an accumulator or a dry cell were used.

Re: PYE Baby?
Can you see the type numbers of the valves? They might be enough for a positive identification, or a photo would probably be identified quickly by someone here.
