Default Elizabethan LZ9102T

Just pulled this tape recorder out of storage and armed with a little bit of information regarding Philips Recorders was surprised to find that it's dated 1966 with WR 41 66 on the motor. That pre-dates what little I originally thought as 1967.
Looking similar to the Philips EL3301 so maybe made for Elizabethan by Philips. Looks similar in design to one made by Stella.

Default Re: Elizabethan LZ9102T

I have 3 versions of this model/style/type: Pye Cambridge (PY9104T/90G-1969), Stellaphone (ST472/00-1965) & Elizabethan (LZ9102-1965). In some circles, these models are referred to as the "Reporter" models.

As you will see, the cassette door/cover does not have a viewing window and therefore the tape is not visible when the door/cover is closed. This door/cover is designed to be removed & refitted, depending on the access to the cassette you require.

The other facility in place is the multi-function shoulder strap which contains the microphone lead, the two DIN connecting plugs & remote on/off switch, This 'strap' has two plastic clips that fit into the two square holes in the middle casing, towards the front of the case'.
