Default Help to Identify an old Siemens Telephone

I have come across this old telephone with a crank handle on the side. Can anyone provide any help in identifying it? Also, does it have any real importance? A quick look underneath did not throw up any obvious model number. The rubber feet were fairly manky though. Ignore the motor horn partly showing in the photo!

Thanks.

It looks pretty similar to this offering from Siemens.

Thanks Dave, it does indeed look like the one in the link. If it is, then there should be a diagram inside. I will attempt to look next time I am in the owner's house.
