Retro Armstrong 127 mixer tuner amplifier
Hi
I have obtained an old Armstrong 127 Mixer tuner amplifier, it is cased within a a wood casing, with it in the same casing is a Garrard Turntable. Anyway I have posted a picture of mixer (the rear) and just wondering what kind of speaker I could use to test if it is working? or if there is another way.... The turntable works, the amp valves light up. I am not very technical on these things just so you know. Thanks |

Re: Retro Armstrong 127 mixer
Not quite sure what the PO means by "Mixer"? There is no Mixer as I know it in this Receiver. A pair of good quality 8 ohm speakers should be fine with this. But it may not have been a good idea for the OP to power this iup with no speakers connected....
