Default Kenwood TS-711 fan

hi, seems the fan is not coming up,
after the pa is getting hot by tx on dummy,i put the unit on and off and the fan comes up for 3 seconds and then stops.....
normally the fan should come in quit quickly i think.....

Could be thermistor TH1 or the fan itself.
