Default Re: Strange UCL83

Bear in mind a Mullard 30PL1 is a rebranded Mazda. The valve is marked with both the Mazda type and the pro-electron designation. There is a special code on the valve close to the label indicating the valve was procured from a third party source. Evidently Mullard did not buy their Mazda valves directly from the firm.
However, a Mazda E or C or UCL83 was sourced from an UK Mullard factory.

Pinnacle valves with Mazda type numbers were sourced from Mazda because no other firm made such valves.
