Default BT oscillator 87F/amplifier 109G

Just acquired a complete BT tone set, including spare cables and a pair of headphones. A quick question - to avoid driving myself barmy or getting tinnitus as a result of using the headphones, is there an external sounder available that can be plugged into the socket in their place? If not, what would be involved in making one up?

Default Re: BT oscillator 87F/amplifier 109G

the tone in the headphones is generally loud enough to be heard some distance.
the sensitivity / volume control on the amplifier control the volume.
the headphone plug actually switches on the amp when inserted.regards ei7ka
