Default Malden Electronics 8816 digital timer

Hi All, new to this site, ive just purchased the above timer but i have no manual for it. im not sure if it is broke or not as only the 2 rightmost digits work even though its a 6 digit counter/timer. anyone got any ideas would be appreciated.

There's a thread on the 8846 here: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...t=81822&page=2. It may be similar to yours. Also, Telford Electronics list the user guide as being available from them.
