Default Ekco M23 rubber feet

The feet on my M23 have hardened and perished to the point where their fixing screws are now proud and so they scratch every nice shiny surface the radio is placed on. Does any kind soul know what shape/size they are supposed to be? There are plenty out there and I might as well fit something as close to the original as possible.

I'd think that these rubber feet from Maplin would be about as near as you're going to get:

Note there's a dimensions drawing as well as the photo.

Thanks Steve, they are what I would have guessed as being about right. At least being Maplin I might be able to go and look at them first.

Thanks, although the M6 thread is not age-appropriate! As I said, there is plenty to choose from, it's a case of which one is nearest the original.

I usually use 'toilet seat buffers' like the ones below, described as: 'Black Rubber Toilet Seat Buffer Pads SMALL-LARGE Furniture Bathroom Pad Stop'. They come in three sizes, 13mm, 19mm & 22mm (in 'old money' approx. 1/2" 5/8", 7/8"). I use them quite a lot on my home-brew test gear projects - you just need an appropriate screw and washer to fit them. Quite cheap at ten for £1.99 (Buy It Now) with free P&P:

Hope that helps a bit.

Some of the 'black rubber' feet that you see advertised are made from PVC.

That's a great call David, I'll remember that for future use.
