Mystery Scrap Chassis
Not mine, and IMHO only fit for measuring to make a new one and then scrap, but someone asked on the Aviation Forum what he had just purchased(!), obviously hoping it was an aircraft-related relic of historical interest.
About 2 feet square. I suspect it may be from an old TV....... It would be nice to identify its origin though - any ideas? Many thanks, Andy |

That Rectifier arrangement very common in 1950's sets I want to say Murphy based on some dim memory  Cheers Mike T

Yes TV chassis, Murphy, half wave live chassis job the big circular cut out on the rear apron is for the circular mains voltage selector.
