Default FiCord 202A

Came across a Ficord 202A recorder the other day. Basically in working order but it needs a replacement belt for the capstan/flywheel. Measured the exisisting broken belt which has a diametre of approx 16.5cms. Allowing for some expansion over the years a little smaller would suffice. It's flat in section and 4mm wide Any thoughts on sourcing something that will fill the bill? John
