The new plan improved the pot even more.

I added more glue on the loose parts.
My intention was the glue act as some soft clutch and ovoid all types of movement between the 1k pots.
This reduced more than the mechanical rotation loose, but reduced also the drift dramatically.

Now the instrument can be used.
