Marconi VT150
Can anyone help out with where I might find a circuit diagram and layout for a Marconi VT150. It is not listed on the BVWS Trader Sheet DVD's and I can't find it in my set of Molloy and Poole, Radio and television Servicing. Is the same chassis used in something else?
Would be most grateful for any help with locating this. Many Thanks. Geoff. |

Re: Marconi VT150
Hi Geoff.
In the R&TV servicing cumulative index, the Marconi VT150 is listed in the 1956/57 issue. It has been said before that there were a number of variations in the content of the earlier issues which can be confusing. I may well have the correct issue to hand and will have a look up in the loft later. Regards Symon. |

Re: Marconi VT150
Geoff
I can confirm the Marconi VT150 is indeed listed in the 1956/57 issue which I have to hand. It states the VT150 is electrically similar to later versions of the VT68DAM series except that VR3 (brightness) is 0.25M and R42 0.15M. The I.F.s are 34Mc/s. vision and 37.5Mc/s. sound. Model VT150 is a 14" table model. I can scan this circuit if required. Regards Symon |

Re: Marconi VT150
Hi Symon,
Thanks for your efforts on my behalf. Sod's Law seems to apply as usual. My set of Molloy and Poole consists of Volumes I-VI with Volume VI covering 1957/58, my Volume V covers 1953/54, and then I have the series designated by dates and the set runs from 57/58 to 71/72. I really don't understand how the system works at all! A scan of the info' would be very helpful indeed, provided of course that this does not break the Forum rules. Best Wishes, Geoff. |
