Default Sobell 515P mystery valves

This model seems to have had various valve combinations. Mine is missing V2 and V3 and the empty bases are B9A as are all the rest. Must have been a one off. Any guesses for those two in B9A please?

If V1 is an ECH81 then V2 may be a EBF80 and V3 an EBC81

I take it that V4 is an EL84 and V5 an EZ80?

Just a Guess

Cheers

You might be able to tell from the pin out, and then reverse look up in valve data. You know the base and heater voltage, which narrows it down a lot.

Valve line up for Sobell 515P is V1 ECH81, V2 EAF42, V3 EBC41, V4 EL84, V5 EZ80. V2 And V3 have rimlock B8A bases unless later versions have B9A bases.
