Default Exploder, Dynamo Condenser - Ready To Blast!

I have just restored a complete shed of a dynamo condenser exploder ('Beethoven Exploder') to fully working condition. I always wanted one of these since seeing 'Blaster' Bates demolish a chimney on 'Blue Peter' when I was a kid!

It's all on 'Flickr', here.

Not radio, but 1940s industrial electrical equipment - sorry...

Where can we see a demo - coupled to a goodly charge of RDX?

I've done five 110V pygmy lamps in series. Blew the lot!

What a cool item to own, well done with the restoration, it's a pity it can't be used in anger! Although I have a few old car airbags but they wouldn't need this sort off power to pop them.

Done in good time for the fifth of November.

Tchaikovsky may have had his cannons, but seemingly Beethoven did it on an industrial scale.
