Default AVO EA113 help required.

Hello to everyone,
I have just dis-assembled my AVO EA113, to re-fix a loose scale plate mirror and in the process of freeing the two stacked PCB's from the switch spindle neglected to make a proper note of the resistance range switch drive collar and fibre washer position.
The item that I am referring to is the small black plastic collar with lugs which locates into the resistance range wafer switch on the DC/AC amplifier board and not the main range selector wipers on the top board. I just need to know which way up the collar sits on the spindle and if the fibre washer is before or after it. I have managed to obtain a service manual but it does not seem to show the lugged collar at all in the exploded assembly diagram.

Grateful for any assistance.
