Default Reproduced green Ekco AD65 radio

Hi to all, just following up on the green AD65 Ekco radio cabinet that I started some time ago. I have one finally finished, it's not wooden or painted, and it uses all original chassis and cabinet hardware. The green Ekco is exactly the same as the original item both inside and outside, all of the original ribbing inside is there. Hope anyone interested appreciates the pic.

Outstanding.
Totally unbelievable that you could create a new Ekco to such a standard.

Next?

Sam.

Great work, mate! Here's an original for comparison - yours looks indistinguishable. Be nice to see a pic of the internals. How does it perform?

Cheers,

Frank

Thanks for the positive threads here is a pic of the inside, hope the pic looks ok this is one of two green that I have done and I was thinking of a white one, I would like to do other Ekco models, but Ekco radios are not often seen here in Australia , so if I can get hold of any would like to reproduce them.

I'd very much like to hear how you made the cabinet, what materials you used, maybe see a picture or two of the process.

Good job, nicely done.
