Somebody (Dave Moll?) suggested the Bring and Buy stall which sounds sensible. I'm sure we can use it as a sort of clearing house where stuff can be dropped and picked up. Best to put a label on it if you're going to do that.

That sounds an excellent suggestion, Jeffrey (so long as the stall doesn't get too clogged up with items in transit).

Since you (Dave) and I will be helping on the B&B it's up to us to keep it organised.

That could be very useful, Jeffrey, as I will have a number of things to be collected. We'll see how much space is there on the day.

I will be there early (by which I mean 6am) for the setup etc, so I will see if reasonable space can be left in that area.

Suggest 12:30 - 1:00 in foyer?

Sounds good to me Mike. As I have several cwt of stuf to swap, one way or the other, I don't really want to drag it all in to the bring and buy.....

I'll do that, then, Jim (and Colin and Jeffrey and Alan and Mike).
To save a Grand Tour of the car park it might be better for the stuff we are bringing and taking to be parked in the foyer, if there is room (don't remember if there is)? I will label the Ekco, L&R cleaner and manual with the lucky winners' names.

ISTR the foyer was far too small for anything like this

Especially for those of us that know each other by sight I don't see a problem with direct car to car transfer for the heavier stuff. Smaller stuff can easily fit around the B&B. We can still use the B&B as a meeting point.

You certainly won't be able (or allowed) to leave stuff in the foyer.

Ooof! That's me in me place, then.
Plan B - as per Jeffrey's idea. Look forward to seeing more new faces!
