I understand what you are saying and likewise I have no wish to argue- I merely pointed out that there is obviously two companies with the same name. Something the US are good at. |

AFAIKT, although not with any great degree of certainty, the legends on the keys read:
OFF/APAGADO OL/LW OM/MW OC 3 SW OC 2 SW OC 1 SW The word 'apagado' seems to be spanish for 'switched off'. For the others: onda larga (OL) = long wave onda media (OM) = medium wave onda corto (OC) = short wave I'm no language expert though and whether that brings us any closer to identifying the radio is another matter... |

Here's a Philips derivative made here under the Fleetwood banner that I had...
...photos of the chassis show it had B7g/B9a style valves and was dated 1959... ... so IMHO yours is a Frankenradio..!
