Default Trio TS-520S Power Lead

I've acquired a Trio TS-520S without the power lead, I've managed to source a Jones plug, now ignoring the Jones plug numbering and going by the original Japanese plug numbering just looking to confirm the following, Pin 3 is Live (Brown) Pin 6 is Neutral (Blue) Pin 1 is Earth and pins 8 and 9 are shorted and pins 7 and 10 are shorted
