Default Technics RS-B565 PXS Cap

Can anyone help with a circuit diagram of this Technics beast particularly around the large transistors Q606, 605, 604, 608?

I think these must be in the motor circuit.
There are 3 transistors marked D2037 and 1 marked B1357. I could not find these in my Towers book so I am looking for any assistance you can give me.

Simple when you know, they're 2SD2037 and 2SB1357, which should be in your Towers (or online if not)

thanks Nick I did check in towers but only found the B1357. know this is a direct drive cassette deck and these four transistors are getting very hot but works ok for an hour or so and then the drive goes all to pot speeding up and slowing down

Some vague data on the other one here (if you've got your specs ready): http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/data...93/93256_2.pdf
