Default Amity studio deck

Does anyone know anything of Amity and their 1" and 2" studio decks briefly advertised in 1974/75? These were supposedly British-made. Amity (Amity-Schroeder) also offered tape locators and a broadcast cartridge deck but appear to have disappeared by late 1975.

Good luck with that...they made Unitrack look like a stalwart of the industry. I'm not sure that anything ever appeared in the metal.

Thanks Ted,

Within a year of announcing it they were advertising transport decks, sans heads, at almost half price!
