Does anyone know anything about the Monitor 56 system? I have an Indicator Type 248, 10QB/6325 and a Power Unit Type 675, 10KB/6295.
The Indicator is dated internally 1950 and the Power Unit 1954. The power unit is dual supply, 80V (aircraft) or 230V (ground station ?). They are obviously ex-RAF but what aircraft were they fitted in and what system was the Monitor 56 used with? I presume a Radar or Guidance system. More photos available. |

I'm struggling to find any documentation for this, but I do have the manual for for Monitor Type 101 which is described as a 're-engineered version' of the Type 56.
It's Ground Equipment, a high quality general purpose oscilloscope. Would it be possible to have some high-resolution copies of your photos, please? Andy |
