Adding an RF Modulator to a Freeview Box or Dvd
For those, like me, struggling to get a decent size video signal out of a scart into an Alps modulator (or equivalent), try the Mitsumi one from a Playstation RF modulator. They work very well, can be had for a couple of quid of eBay and only need a 5V dc supply. The channel is preset to 36 but is adjustable and because the unit is very small it's easily hidden.
You also get a length of decent quality coax fitted with plug/socket attachment. |
