Racal RA17 C-12
I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of this RA17 variant. I bought it locally some years ago and assumed it was built for US operation as all the toggle switches are upside down (i.e. up for on). I have a manual for the standard RA17L but would be interested to know if there are any significant circuit differences.
Regards,

Check out the table at the foot of this page.
http://www.recelectronics.demon.co.uk/ra17.htm It looks like a minor variant of the sets built for the US market. Pete. |

Re: Racal RA17 C-12
IIRC The meter was an S meter as opposed to power. There were a few other changes as well.
