Default BSR record deck Cartridge identification

Hi

I need some help to identify a cartridge fitted to a BSR deck that has a broken clip. The cartridge has three connections to it. I will post a couple of pictures to aid identification.
The clip that holds the cartridge to the head shell has broken and so I need a replacement. I either need a new clip or a new cartridge with a suitable clip with a single fixing hole to fix it to the head shell.

Thanks

It looks like an Acos GP104. On mine, the ID is embossed on the top of the cartridge. Close inspection might reveal.
