100 Watt Solder Gun ('Parkside' Lidl). - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

This 100 Watt Parkside brand (Lidl) was bought for me as a gift some years ago. As I'm well equipped with soldering irons in all Wattages, I've never had cause to use it and never will. It's languished gathering dust on a shelf in the garage so now needs to go. It comes in a plastic box with a small tub of flux, reel of solder, three tips, a moulded on 13A plug and instruction book, not that one is needed.

Handy for those occasional jobs when a bit more Wattage is needed.

When the trigger is pulled, the tip heats up very quickly and a little light comes on to illuminate the tip area.

I've added some pics including the data label which states thus:

Max temp: 540C.
100 Watts.
On 12 secs - off 48 secs.

Hopefully £8.50 plus £3.50 post will see it gone.

No hat.

They are also good for DE-magnetising tools.
