Default Philips Discoverer TV FOC

Free to good or not so good home, this "iconic" TV from the 80s. Must be collected from Rotherham, J33 M1.
Fair physical condition but has got wet at some time. As usual, missing the end caps of the retractable hood but as you can see it still retracts. No remote, indeed looking for one for myself.
Sadly never seen the set working.
Go on, you know you want to!
Hat if necessary.... some hope though.
Peter

I don't have need or room for any more these sets, but for anyone moving these sets please be aware the little "Remote/ Power" window on front of set can come loose. I have clicked one window back and have one missing altogether. Then when I wanted to swap the window out I had a struggle!

John, if I scrap the set, which is looking pretty certain now, is there anything I can rescue for you?

I'd love to save it from the scrap heap if anyone is able to get it from Yorkshire across to t'other side the Pennines - say to Golborne in the autumn, unless anyone can get it to West Cumbria.

Dave, if Peter doesn't mind hanging on for a few weeks I can get it to next Golborne.
