Default Record players - a guide for newcomers.

We are seeing an increasing number of new members with an interest in acquiring a vintage record player but with, understandably, little knowledge of these machines.

We have therefore produced a guide, intended to cover only the very basics, in order to assist. The guide is attached hereto and, as will be seen, is in PDF format for simplicity of saving and thus referencing when you're trawling the internet in search of a record player.

The guide is further intended as a supplement to this website and forums, so should not be taken as an all-embracing last word on the record player subject. We hope it will prove of use to members, both new and established.
