Default Avometer Model 7 Instruction Plate.

I have just acquired a 1952 model in poor condition which I am restoring. Can anyone help me with the instructions poanel on the rear of the instruments? The existing panel is in poor condition.

I've just scanned the one I've got, it's not perfect but looks better than yours, hopefully someone may come up with a better one, the forum software has automatically reduced the file size to 92KB, but if you PM me your email address I can send you the scan at it's original size of 3.6MB.

Burdoni, what you have there is a Model 7 instruction plate- is this the one you are seeking? John's one is a Model 40 type.

-It's probably time to say that Model 40 facia mouldings were sometimes appropriated off the production line to build up Model 7 or Model D meters! This is what causes mislabelling on ebay listings, for example. One should rely on the little button in the centre of the facia to identify the model type....which (should) match up with the instruction plate..

I've tried 'skmoomin' on ebay, she doesn't have one.
