Seeward PAC 500 PAT Tester - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

Any one have any info of a Seeward PAC 500 PAT Tester, a circuit would be useful.
Acquired a non working one and the Earth Bond test does not work, the Fail and Pass both light up together.
Had a quick look but nothing obvious, any info appreciated .

I have the PAC1000, nothing like your portable one, no circuits and never had to do any fault diagnosis. I expect an electronic fault in yours, mine is probably all discrete.
