Just remove the original sockets after disconnecting the wiring. Fit RCA sockets in their place using an adaptor plate if necessary and transfer the existing wiring to them. Unless of course you're planning to make adaptors or adaptor leads? In that case you will need plugs to fit the original sockets along with "free" RCA line sockets.

Who will be familiar with the well known discrepancy between what the customer asked for and what he actually needed!
