Default D951-1 device ID

These are ceramic 14 pin devices with what looks like a 1969 date code on them.
Does anyone know what they are?

Anglo–American Microelectronics Data 1968–69 D951
D951 gated monostable multivibrator

If you use the first line of this post as the search term, it should give you a Google books hit that will give you the datasheet (page 171 of vol1).

My first guess is that they are DTL monostable multibrators. I have an old Motorola databook that lists the 951 as that, and one package for it was 14 pin DIL.

That is useful.
I now need to find out what the pin out is and then I can use some of them. I have got a drawer full of them that has been there for 30 years after sorting them out from a goody bag all those years ago.
So as the data books are expensive I am going to have to put it on a conductive plate and find the substrate pin with a capacitance bridge and then see where I can go from there.

I have just had a quick look.
Have you got a link to the pin out?
