Sharp SG450E Music Centre. This is a well-specced piece of kit that would have cost a very tidy sum when new. Belt drive semi-auto record deck with standard detachable headshell and magnetic cartridge, FM tuner with 5 touch-sensitive presets, Dolby cassette deck with APSS program search. The amp has plenty of poke too.

This music centre is 'as found' so has some mechanical faults (electronically it all works fine). The cassette deck works well on ff and rew but take-up on play is sluggish. It no doubt needs new belts as does the record deck, which has also lost its counterbalance weight. Amp and tuner work fine. Comes with original UK-made speakers, which (as usual) need new foam surrounds for the drivers. Kits are available on ebay.

Well worth the effort of getting this back to its former glory. Asking a tenner, which is what it cost me to rescue it from an uncertain fate at my local junk market!
