Default CV transistor data wanted

Any data on the these two transistors gratefully received, espicially Ft.

CV 7440 is 2N1613 Ft 80MHz,

CV 7581 is 2N1132 Ft 60MHz.

That seems logical, many thanks.

They were used in a common heatsink as a complementary output pair to an op amp.
