It certainly looks like it is supposed to be the QE1, with its 2 funnels.
1972: The wreck of Seawise University, the former Queen Elizabeth, in Hong Kong Victoria Harbour The other Cunard liners which were equipped with KB made equipment were RMS "Queen Mary" 3 funnels, and RMS "Caronia" 1 funnel. KB made a great deal of the fact they supplied radio equipment to the "Queens" they featured in many adverts for TV's and radios of the time. Mike Last edited by crackle; 17th Mar 2017 at 8:17 pm. |
