Default Gibson master clock

Purchased some time ago a Gibson master clock made by Baume and Co but after many hours of searching can't find any information about it.
The problem I have is how to power it, there are two red wires and two black wires from the top of the case, I assume one set for power in the other to slave clocks
Any help information would be appreciated

Standard request. Photos and/or drawings please, particularly any close-ups of the wiring.
