Default Intercept Stations/Station X

Part of Inside Out South West tonight (7.30pm program start) featured three girls that used to do the intercepts, receivers featured included HRO's....Naturally.

Not sure if you can get it on Iplayer outside the region but if you can you might be interested.

Lawrence.

Yep, Got it OK from Milton Keynes via BBC iPlayer.

To save anyone from the effort, here's the direct link:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episod...-west-12022018

It's towards the end of the prog at about 20:28.

For those who haven't used BBC's iPlayer for a while, you now have to sign in to view stuff (& don't forget to log out too, otherwise they could track you LOL)....or send out a Transit Van with a spinning dustbin lid on the roof rack..

One of the better pieces on WW2 I thought, thanks for posting the link, etc

Is there anything published on the operation of the Second World War listening stations at Knockholt and Kedleston Hall? They seemed to have concentrated on the German 'Fish' teleprinter communications.
