Just a quick query, do the BVWS send out an email/letter to remind of renewal of membership or is it down to the individual to remember to renew??

My renewal form always comes with the Bulletin that comes out around the beginning of the year, January? I can't remember the actual date, but I re-joined mid' Jan'.

You can't fail to receive your renewal notice because it's also the address sheet used to dispatch the Xmas Bulletin.

Luke,

We have in the past sent out membership reminders to people around about end of April/beginning of May.
I am not sure if Graham has sent out any this year yet, but it does add to the Society costs sending out a couple of hundred reminders so we are not keen to do so.

You could just contact Graham Terry (Membership Sec.) directly and renew over the phone by credit card.

I strongly suggest anyone who has not renewed does so befor the NVCF if they are going to get the BVWS member Restaurant discount ticket at the cash desk.
If you renew after entering at the BVWS stall you will not get this.

You MUST show your membership card to get this discount voucher at the cash desk.

Also we are just about to send the Summer Bulletin to the printers so you might just get it before the NVCF if you renew now.
