Any reason why Pictures cannot be sent by PM?
Earlier today I was going to PM pictures of an adaptor to a fellow forum member, but there doesn't appear to be a way to do this. Why would PMing (for want of a better word) pictures, not be permitted?

It is not an option in the software, partly because it would use lots of disk space on the server for something that only two members can even see.

The easiest thing is to put the picture, or other attachment, on a file-sharing site such as DropBox, SkyDrive or whatever, and then PM a link to them.

You could put it in an album in your profile here (assuming it's nothing private). Otherwise yes, that's what email or something like Dropbox is for.
