Metrotest 16D Insulation & Continuity tester
This car-boot acquisition came without any instructions (and a couple of corroded and decayed battery contacts as well!). I reckon it dates from the 1990s - yellow case, lcd display and needs 6, AA size, 1.5 Volt batteries to work.
I tried a web search for instructions but to no avail. Can anybody help with operating info please? |

Re: Metrotest 16D Insulation & Continuity tester
Hi Steve,
Probably is 1990s, Metrotest were located in Durham and got taken over by Martindale (they also have Metrohm, Edgecombe and Drummond) who may have some info on it or at least on a re-badged design under the Martindale name. Andrew

Re: Metrotest 16D Insulation & Continuity tester
Thank you Andrew for the info. I contacted Martindale who kindly sent me an instructions .pdf of their model Metrohm 16D which they tell me is the same rebranded tester.
