Can anyone identify this phone
I was given this old phone, that was in an industrial workplace, but I cant find out who made it. The only markings on it are A T E Wigan!

Would probably have been made at the Old Pioneer Works at Union Bridge, Newtown area of Wigan. The ATE factory eventually became Plessey Telecommunications which closed in the 1980's, the old building still exists.
