Default Akai 1710

I have spent a long time getting this machine ready, it had not been used for a good number of years so care was taken components changes pulleys cleaned belt changed and controls cleaned only to find on playback head was well worn so poor treble and low audio. I know it’s a big ask has any one got a new head audio please the record side will work as I have got the bias working and a good signal to the erase head.
Thanks in advance
Stephen.

As it is combined record and play head, both functions will be affected.

It might be possible to have the head reprofiled;
