Default Philips N7300 Belt Replacement

I am undertaking a "first ever needed" full belt change on my mid-range Philips 7300 reel-to-reel. The replacement kit from Germany comprises 3 belts, one for the Capstan, one for the Tape Counter, but where does the 3rd one go? I probably should know better and maybe I have not exposed enough of the internals to see.....Any advice much appreciated.
